Everything was great! :-) We loved the place. It is a very pretty, funky, friendly hotel. Fab location -surrounding area is lovely, easy to walk around, plenty of nice shops, cafes and restaurants. Lovely atmosphere, day and night. Good, free parking and the tram stops in front of the hotel (travel is free with the hotel room card). The studios were funky, bright, modern, well equipped with lots of small additional nice-touches (like a yoga mat in each room, free glass of wine and/or beer in nearby establishments). Nice balcony, lovely open (outside) communal spaces. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate any time of the day or night. Good breakfast was included in the room price. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again.

The decor was cute and kitschy. The bed was incredibly comfortable as was the loveseat in the living space. Usually hotel furniture is not the greatest to relax in but this was perfect for watching tv in the evenings. Breakfast had more fruit options than the standard banana/apple/orange- kiwi and whole pears were a nice surprise! Candy available in the common area and coffee station was a nice touch. Parking was super easy.

Great location! Easily accessible by transit, and with good links to the transit system to get anywhere, and very well located in the Nob Hill neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Good wifi, parking available, practical continental breakfast, coffee and tea station - all great. Particularly loved the daily streetcar passes as well! The room was very comfortable, with full kitchen and AC. Front desk was also very accommodating giving us a room towards the back so we could avoid street sounds. Would definitely return :)

Loved the decor and feel of the place. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable. The staff were helpful always and parking was free and available. The building was secure, warm (it was very cold out) and it was easy to get to the room quickly with elevator or stairs. The kitchens in the rooms were well-equipped and very clean. There was free delicious coffee available 24 hours in the lobby (grind and brew machines), and the dining area was nice and the food was good, with plenty of basic choices like hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, milk, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, fruit juice and more.

We rented a studio with balcony mid July. The room is big with a fully functional kitchen and colorfully decorated. Plenty of restaurants near by within walkable distance. Street car station is right outside the hotel. The hotel provides free passes and we toured downtown riding in a loop. Hotel within 2 miles from the rose garden. Room is quiet at night when the street cars stop running. Rates are reasonable, and there is free private parking. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was a good selection. Parking was free with a good sized car park. Loved the decor and the spreadsheet of local recommendations for nearby restaurants. The kitchen was really well equipped.

Facility was full of color and interesting graphics. Rooms were beautifully and thoughtfully decorated: headboards to beds, color contrasts, even to the coffee table with interesting and unusual artwork on top. Curtains were carefully cut out to fit over the AC unit while still keeping the room dark at night. Suite included kitchen with modern appliances that worked, as well as dishes. If I were staying away from home for an extended period, I'd be happy in this suite. Staff were welcoming and helpful. BJ (I think I got their name right) was especially helpful with figuring out a problem.

Room size, iron and ironing board- a joy!, lovely fresh linen, quick response from the desk staff at any problems, roof terrace super, easy going atmosphere, overall arty feel. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was comfortable and I liked having a full stove/oven and kurig in the room. I love the bright colors and the large mirrors in the bathroom (and the one on the outside of the bathroom door) made it super easy for 3 people to get into cosplay for Kumoricon (The reason for our stay in the area). Having a full sized fridge/freezer also made it a lot easier to cook for dinner rather than having to go out every night.
